Poor Man's Sniper Rifle

The main objective of Poorman’s Sniper Rifle is to demonstrate the process of hand-building a sniper rifle. It is not a manuscript on how to make a rifle look pretty or attractive. Subjects such as bluing, plating, stock carving, checkering, etc., are left to other books, of which there are many on the market. The objective of this publication is not aesthetic but function, and is best embodied by the old adage "beauty is as beauty does". It will be left to the reader to take whatever steps he deems necessary to make the end product more attractive, since "beauty" is largely a matter of individual taste anyhow.
